NASA, SPACEX LAUNCH ROMAN SPACE TELESCOPE TO STUDY DARK MATTER, EXOPLANETS
BullishTechnology|Aerospace
NASA has successfully launched its new flagship observatory, the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, aboard a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket. The powerful instrument, which cost an estimated $4.3 billion, will survey the cosmos to study dark matter and hunt for planets outside our solar system. The telescope features a field of view 100 times wider than the Hubble observatory, enabling it to gather data much more rapidly.
